If you're looking for someone to guide you in getting your back to fitness and function postnatally, you need someone to rant at without fear of judgement or you want some extra support with babycare so that you can take a bit of time for yourself then I am the woman for you!

My goal is to work with you, whatever your goals, to get you to where you want to be. I can help you to navigate any barriers
My one-to-one personal training sessions are ideal for new mums (and not-so-new mums) looking to connect with and strengthen their core/pelvic floors while also having a full-body workout. Many clients say they feel stronger than they did pre-baby having trained with me!
Our sessions will generally incorporate:
focused core/pelvic floor work
Sessions take place in a dedicated space at my home in Barnes with an assault bike, TRX, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbell, olympic plates, wall bars and lots more fun pieces of kit.
