I had kids a while ago.
I don't just work with brand new mums. The core/pelvic floor strategies I teach don't suddenly stop being relevant when your child reaches a certain age and, arguably, are hugely important for you if you are or will soon be peri-menopausal.
The WHO guidelines recommend that adults aged 18–64 should do at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity or at least 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity throughout the week or an equivalent combination of moderate- and vigorous-intensity activity. Muscle-strengthening activities should be done involving major muscle groups on 2 or more days a week. I can help you to achieve this!

I will always work in conjunction with your women's health physio where appropriate.
