If you are hoping to get pregnant soon, I will help you to ensure you have a solid foundation from which to navigate pregnancy and, beyond that, the world of motherhood. I can support you whatever your current fitness level, and whether you're already a mum or you're set to be a first-timer.
Pre-pregnancy is a great time to learn more about your core/pelvic floor and how to use these effectively, and to establish a solid baseline of strength and fitness. The current guidelines for pregnancy exercise encourage all pregnant women to clock up 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise each week, with muscle strengthening activites twice a week. If you are unsure of what to do because of an issue like diastasis recti, incontinence or pelvic organ prolapse, I can support you with this too.
Our sessions will generally incorporate:

Sessions take place in a dedicated space at my home in Barnes with an assault bike, TRX, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbell, olympic plates, wall bars and lots more fun pieces of kit.
